Our tenancies require that the total annual household income is equal to or above 30 times (x30) the monthly rent. If required, an individual guarantor must have annual earnings over 30 times (x30) the monthly rent and have no adverse credit history.
For all Adult applicants please provide the following documents:
Home Office ‘List A - Group 1 (ONE REQUIRED)
- UK passport EEA/Swiss national passport/identity card
- Registration Certificate or document certifying permanent residence of EEA/Swiss nation
- EEA/Swiss family member Permanent Residence card
- Geometric Residence Permit with unlimited leave
- Passport or travel document endorsed with unlimited leave
- UK immigration status document endorsed with unlimited leave
- A certificate of naturalisation or registration as a British citizen

- UK birth or adoption certificate
- Full or provisional UK diving license
- A letter from HM Prison Service
- A letter from a UK Government Dept or Local Authority
- A letter from National Offender Management Service Evidence of current or previous service in armed forces

- A letter from a private rented sector access scheme
- A letter of testimony from an employer
- A letter from a UK further or higher education institution
- A letter of testimony from a UK passport holder

The rental amount (subject to reviews) is payable monthly in advance by banker’s Standing Order.
I will be directly responsible for Council Tax, and for opening accounts with service providers and paying directly to them for all services to the property.
I will pay one month’s rent in advance plus a security deposit.

I understand that if I default on my tenancy obligations, this information may be released to authorised debt recovery agencies and could affect any future applications I make for tenancies, credit and insurance.
Completing this form does not commit the prospective tenant or landlord to a tenancy. A shared or single tenancy will not be created until all applicants have been qualified and have signed the agreement.
I can confirm that I have read the above and I have raised any concerns with the landlord or agent. Prospective tenants should be aware that any false statement made could result in early termination of the tenancy under ground 17 of the Housing Act 1996.
